Conversions
Our VW Transporter, Vauxhall Vivaro, and Ford Transit Custom conversions have units running along the side wall with a 2 seater 3/4 Rock and roll bed.
The kitchen unit offers plenty of storage space for food and cutlery. The appliances included are, Smev 2 burner gas hob, Smev sink, and 40 ltr fridge.
The tall rear cupboard unit is split into 2 compartments with the top area accessible through the tambour door giving space large enough to store bedding or clothing.
The bottom cupboard houses the leisure battery, charger, fuses and cables.
The 3/4 rock and roll bed gives you plenty of under seat and rear storage space keeping all luggage away from the living area.

Our standard conversion includes the following.
- Carpeting and insulation
- Full electric hook up with external hook up point, split charge so the leisure battery can be charged on the move, internal mains sockets, USB sockets, 6 x led Spotlights, battery charger and leisure battery. The switch panel also has a voltage display for the leisure battery.
- SMEV 9222 sink and hob with fresh and waste water containers.
- 2 x side windows, 1 x fixed and 1 x slide opening.
- Interior kitchen unit
- 2 way fridge that can work from the mains and leisure battery.
- Double swivel seat base to allow the passenger seat to turn and face towards the rear of the van.
- ¾ MOT compliant rock and roll bed with matching front seats, the bed raises back into the seat position itself by simply pulling a lever. M1 pull tested beds are also available at extra cost.
Carpet Lining
We offer a complete Bespoke Insulation & Lining Service, where your VW T4, T5, T6, Caddy, Caddy-Maxi, Crafter, Vivaro or Transit is insulated, then finished with your choice of colour. Insulating and lining your vehicle will not only keep the cold out but also keep the heat in. This level of high quality instantly gives all passengers a more luxurious, enjoyable and soundproofed experience.
Window Fitting
We also offer a window fitting service, we can supply and fit or if you have purchased windows but not confident in fitting them yourself, then we can fit them for you for very little cost.
Installation of additional windows within your van can be a costly investment. It therefore makes sense to ensure that you choose good quality products and experienced Installers.
Poorly installed windows can leak air and water, and are unsafe when the vehicle is in use.
All Windows are Supplied in Privacy Tint, this is to give a high quality Finish.
Interior Units
We currently stock units for VW Transporter, Ford Transit Custom, and Vauxhall Vivaro. All units come with a table, Plenty of storage space, wardrobe with tambour door, fridge space is large enough for 40ltr fridge.
The wardrobe unit is sculpted to fit the profile of the van. With ample storage in the upper compartment for clothing and bedding the lower area is left free to house a leisure battery and electronics.
Make no mistake about it, these are the best value conversion units available, CNC manufactured, these units are not made from heavy MDF and have a high scratch resistant melamine face not the cheap paper thin surface found on many out there
These can be fitted by ourselves or simply provided for you to take away for your own conversion.
